The National Hydrologic Warning Council is the only national organization dedicated to the protection of life, property, and the environment through the use of high-tech automated hydrologic warning systems to allow for the forecasting and warning of floods, droughts, hurricanes, tsunamis and much more.
Our conference occurs biennially across the United States. From June 3-6 in 2013, we will meet at the spectacular Sawgrass Marriott, located in Ponte Vedra, Florida between Jacksonville and St. Augustine.
Consistently rated as "excellent" by our members and attendees, the NHWC conference focuses on training and networking opportunities for hydrologic warning professionals from a broad spectrum of agencies, universities, and the private sector. Training opportunities will abound with workshops, a multi-day vendor exhibition, and world-class presenters talking about their roles associated with hydrologic warning.
