Title Sponsor - $2500, includes:

    o       Name on the cover of the official NHWC 2009 conference program and other conference

         materials (subject to date of sign-up)

    o       Acknowledgement and logo on the sponsor page of the NHWC 2009 conference program

    o      One FREE 1/2-page color advertisement in the 2009 Conference Agenda Booklet (a $500 value) 

    o       Acknowledgement posted in the Exhibitor hall, internet kiosk area and on all other conference signage

    o       Acknowledgment during the opening plenary session

    o       Acknowledgement, logo and link on the NHWC website homepage until the conference
