Third Biennial Conference and Exposition
The 3rd bi-annual conference and exposition of the NHWC was held at the Bahia Resort, located on the shoreline of Mission Bay next to Sea World in San Diego, California (May 11-14, 1999).  This event incorporated the 16th annual conference of the ALERT Users Group and set a new record-breaking "high water mark" with more than 250 attendees.
